Restoration is slow, unglamorous and worth watching. We'll post before-and-afters, workday recaps and build milestones here as the ground changes — and there won't be much to show at first, which is exactly why it's worth starting the record now.
Where things stand
The plan, honestly stated.
Park approval is secured for 2026 and site work is underway. We are now fundraising to start phased build-out: the first course is targeted for late 2026 or early 2027, the second for 2027, and the championship course for 2028. Dates shift with weather, permits and resources — we will say so here when they do.

Approved and aligned
Park approval is in hand, the site is surveyed, and volunteer workdays are clearing invasive growth. Everything needed to break ground is lined up for the first half of 2026.

Fundraising & design
We are raising the funds that let us start build-out across all three courses. Design and routing move forward as resources are secured, with hole adopters and the design team walking the land.

Phase 3 · 2026–2027
First course opens
The practice / pitch-and-putt course is the first layer to open — a short, friendly loop that gives the community a place to play while the larger courses take shape.
Target: late 2026 / early 2027
Phase 4 · 2027–2028
Community, championship & amenities
The community course follows in 2027, with the championship course and ancillary benefits — benches, signage, wayfinding, trail miles — arriving as resources allow. The champion course is roughly targeted for 2028.
